We had a great 4th of July party at Targhee's sister's house last night. The food was awesome and the fireworks afterward in the street with the neighbors was truly an American tradition. If you were to look at all these boy cousins in this picture you might think, "Oh, that's too bad, they all got lice in their family." (The dads John and Targhee are both shaved bald too.) Really we have just been enjoying the cheap and cool summer haircuts. Also, its fun to rub those fuzzy little bald heads. Hang in there, Liz. Chris and Gabel are about to break this bald-headed streak for you.

Years ago, Jacob nicknamed the short buzzed off cut he liked so well the TARGHEE. I have requests from my boys for the Targhee cut generally about May. Jesse is due for one again. For him, it's mostly about hating to comb his hair and the nasty double cowlicks he's got on the top of his crown. I'm glad to see that you are raising REAL boys! God bless America!

The commentary on the haircuts was hilarious. This might be a completely irreverent confession but you don't know how many times in the middle of a meeting I've wanted to lean across Targhee's desk and rub his head like a magic eightball to release his deep wisdom... :) (Boy I'm going to regret this comment when he becomes a General Authority!)
