We always plan a getaway during conference weekend, since that is really the longest amount of time Targhee can spare with his church duties. We were so excited to go to Las Vegas to spend some time with Jared, Jen and Owen. Our first day there was great! We went to the Springs Preserve, a botanical garden with parks and other fun sights. The weather was perfect and we really had a great time as you can see from all the pictures. Then Jack puked all that night. We basically left town the next day and missed out on all the fun stuff Jared and Jen had planned for us. Owen and Evan were both sick too and we decided not to press our luck and stay any longer. We were so sad to leave as we were having such a nice time in the sunshine of Vegas this time of year. On a happy note, we did make the 7 hour trip home without anyone hurling in the car. You have to look on the bright side, right. Thanks anyway Jared and Jen. Sorry about the extra body fluids we left at your house.

I think we know what really happened. Jack and Evan were busted trying to con the black jack tables. Not only do casinos frown on that, but they're a little young for that. Call it what you will -- fraud, vomiting -- I'm sorry that your trip didn't last as long as you would have liked. Viva Las Vegas!
It was so fun to have you visit. We wish you could have stayed longer. We will see you next year!
