The boys loved fishing and caught quite a few with their borrowed Barbie pole. Targhee thought it was funny to put the baby down in the boat and let him grab at the flopping fish. We didn't think he would be able to catch it and put it in his mouth. That life jacket looks nice and safe too, right? Also, uncle John is definitely the coolest. He was totally comfortable with our 3 year-old and five-year old driving the boat. Sorry, grandma Trudy. I know you are just amazed every time you see our kids that they are still alive.

What they don't know about Barbie won't hurt... for now. Besides, does it really count as Barbie if you're fishing? I don't really see Barbie as the fishing type. Sure, she goes "camping," but probably in a convertible and in a mini Hilton.
