That title reminds me of when they would show reruns of Unsolved Mysteries and you would be like, "Oh, I've seen this one." But then at the end of the story they would have big red letters flash across the screen that say, UPDATE! And then you would be like, "Oh, no way, they solved it." But usually they still didn't solve it but they would have an interview with some police detective in a Bill Cosby sweater that had something new and mysterious to say about the case. Anyway, what I wanted to do here is an update on our February no eating out experience. We did awesome! We never ate out at all until the last week of the month when Targhee's long lost friend from high school in New Jersey who he hasn't seen for 16 years called and wanted to meet for dinner in Salt Lake. We had a DELICIOUS meal at Cafe Madrid (Paella, baby!) It was totally worth it because Jeff is awesome and we still learned that we can survive an entire month (almost) without eating out. Oh, the picture is actually a paella I made a while ago.

I am Jared Baker's wife and he was drooling over your paella. I am wondering if you can send me the recipe? {meganlbaker at gmail dot com} Thanks!
That picture makes me so hungery. Where in SLC is Cafe Madrid?
You made paella? OMG, I have wanted to try that sooooooo bad! Looks yummy.
How's this for food...I didn't go to the grocery store the whole month of February. I know right!
(we ate cat food just so I could say that)
If you get the urge to make that again please invite me over for a bite :)
Just catching up on your blog and I am way impressed with your paella skills. Don't show Jared, he would be jealous!
