On Sunday I was wresting with the kids by myself during Sacrament Meeting as usual and we happened to have our favorite next-door neighbors sitting behind us. Tanner, who is Jack's friend was sitting on his dad's lap and he said loud enough for the adults to hear, "Dad, did you know the Bishop's son can do whatever he wants?" This is the face Jack gave me more or less when I asked him if he has been telling his friends that. We love our Jack. We just really hope he focuses his "leadership qualities" for good!

We all got a good chuckle out of that comment. These boys crack me up! The picture is so cute of Jack.
That is too funny. He probably figures he should get something out of it, with having his dad gone a lot!
Maybe we shouldn't let Jack and Brooklyn play. Those two minds together... I don't think this world is ready. Brooklyn gets it from Nick I am sure.
He is absolutely right and spreading the word doesn't hurt either. Ask Trevor about the perks of being a bishops son. ;-) Those are some of my favorite stories.
If you blog to stop feeling guilty about 'not' scrapbooking - you could stop here and be secure for the rest of your life that you got the good stuff - but keep going these are priceless. Besides it will come in handy when he has a son telling his friends the same thing.
By the way, I can't find the key to the nursery closet (aka: the snack and toy closet) and Ashton keeps wanting to ride his bike down there by himself, should I question the possibilities?????? nah - it's just another perk....
It could be worse. He could be telling the ward all the bad stuff (true or false) that you or Targ are doing. My little brother's favorite line when he was about Evan's age was, "My dad chops wood after church!" I don't know if my dad really did that, but my brother made sure that the ward thought that he did!
Jack is a corker! Just wait til he starts school. PTC will be interesting. . . (giggling).
Oh, Jules...what is Targhee teaching your children while you're not around?
