Baby Drew Comes Home

Drew was born on Saturday, September 13th. He weighed 8 lbs 1 oz (our smallest boy) and 19 1/2 inches. Everything went very well. Auntie Dutch was able to be our nurse! We are all so happy and excited to meet him. Evan says, "I love the born baby." He loves taking turns holding him and talking to him. Jack says, "He's going to live here with us forever, right, Mom?" He is being so grown-up and helpful. I am a little bit scared about this new number of boys. I hope they don't form a coup one day. At least not until I have my strength back. They could easily overpower me right now. Thanks to our friends and family for all the support and love.

He is so adorable! I think I can see a little of Jack and a little of Evan in him (after looking at the pictures of both boys holding him). I really hope my hospital photo looks as good as yours, seriously...your hair looks great! I have to say that I also like the jungle sleeper and blanket (you know I can appreciate cute boy clothes). I am so happy for you all!!!

Yipee! I've been WAITING for this post!! Congrats. Oh my goodness, you are having fun. I know you're tired, but this kind of stuff is so wonderful! Big brothers rock (at least until about 8-then it can get iffy). Drew is a great name. Good job Targ and Julie!!! Also, that hospital pics is bar-none the best of its kind. Seriously. :) The boys on the bed with you is priceless. I'm just giddy right now. Yeah for the Child Family!!!

Look at that proud mom and pop! Congratulations, Child family. Maybe you can have more boys in the future, too. At least you know there are plenty of families who are breeding girls.

Get some sleep if you can...
Ha ha ha. That was a joke! Get it? Ha ha.. sleep. Ha. Ahhhhhhh....

COnGrAtUlatIoNS!!!
I am ready to help in anyway. Jack and Evan can come play over here anytime, take me up on it. I would love to help you Julie. That baby is beautiful. Boys are great and they won't try to over power you for at least 2 more years...then watch out.

Congratulations,
Thanks for posting pics. We were all wondering how he looked. He is very handsome. Let us know if we can do anything for you. Even if it means that Kevin picks up more duties at church.:-}OH, and if you just need someone to hold your baby, I'M all over that.

What a doll! He is so handsome! I can't wait to see him in person. You look great too. Are you sure you delivered that baby. I'm thinkin' the stork just dropped him off. Not a hair out of place! ;)

HOLY SHORT HAIR!!! When did you do that? That would have taken me an entire century to get my hair that long, and watch, it will be that long again in 6 months!

I'll deliver my nephews any day! How lucky am I to get to be a part of such a great event! And for those of you who are wondering what Targhee is like in the delivery room-well, he's the most supportive and attentive husband in the world-and he only fainted twice! (just kidding) Anyway, congrats and don't forget-boys totally rule!

Congrats! I finally got a chance to get on and read about your cute new addition. I kept thinking about getting on and checking him out and finally did.
PS I think I am getting the hang of the coupon thing. Last week I got 8 bags of malt o meal cereal and 2 cans of tomatoes for $1.
Thanks for the tips!

Welcome to the world Drew! Hey I found your blog and wanted to say HI. John and I love Idaho. It is great to live close to my parents, but I really miss the Clinton Walmart. I know that sound crazy. But I can't just go around the block when I am out of diapers.
